Follow with conditioner on the lengths and ends, then rinse according to the product instructions. Let the bar air-dry between washes.
Are FOAM shampoo bars sulfate-free? +
Yes, our shampoo bars are completely sulfate-free and also free from silicones and added preservatives. FOAM is a gentle alternative to conventional shampoo and is formulated to suit even the most sensitive scalp.
Why might a sulfate-free shampoo bar be better than co-wash? +
A sulfate-free shampoo bar is a good choice when the scalp needs to be cleansed of sebum and styling residue. FOAM’s shampoo bars combine gentle cleansing with nourishing ingredients. Co-washing means washing with a cleansing conditioner and may suit some routines. Choose a cleanser based on your scalp’s needs and follow up with conditioner on the lengths.
Which products are suitable for curly hair? +

The shampoo gently cleanses, while the conditioner leaves lengths soft and manageable, making them easier to detangle. If needed, you can add a little Dreamy hair Serum as a leave-in on the lengths and ends, using very little and applying it only to the ends of fine hair. A silk or cotton sateen pillowcase gives your hair a smooth surface to rest against and reduces friction overnight.
