We want to offer you a simple and smooth shopping experience with fast delivery and secure payment options. 

• Pay easily using Klarna's payment options (pay in installments, pay now, invoice, Swish), or choose to pay by card.
• Delivery takes 1-3 days within Sweden. We'll ship your order as soon as possible.
• Within Sweden, we ship using Svanenmärkt delivery with PostNord. 
• You can return items within 30 days.* Only applies to unopened and unused products. Applies to returns within Sweden.

 

How do I return an item?

We want our customers to be happy. If you're not satisfied with a product and want to return it, we'll be happy to help. Email: hello@foam.nu

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unopened and unused. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. 

 

Complaints

We want all our products to be delivered in the highest quality and for you to be happy with your product. If something has gone wrong and your product doesn't meet the expected quality, please contact us to make a complaint. Email: hello@foam.nu

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm that it has been approved. The refund will then be automatically issued using the same payment method as your order. Your refund should arrive within a few days of the confirmation.
