We want to provide you with a simple and seamless shopping experience with fast delivery and secure payment options. 

• Pay easily with Klarna's payment options (split payment, pay now, invoice, Swish), or choose to pay by card.
• Delivery time is 1–3 days within Sweden. We ship your order as quickly as possible.
• Within Sweden, we ship with a Nordic Swan Ecolabel delivery service via Postnord. 
• You have the option to return it within 30 days.* Applies only to unopened and unused products. Applies to returns within Sweden.

 

How do I return an item?

We want satisfied customers. If you are not satisfied with a product and want to make a return, we will help you with this. Email: hello@foam.nu

You can make a return up to 30 days after your purchase, provided that the product is unopened and unused. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. 

 

Complaint

We want all our products to be delivered in the highest quality and for you to be satisfied with your product. If something has gone wrong and your product does not meet the expected quality, please contact us to file a complaint. Email: hello@foam.nu

 

Refund

As soon as your return has been received and inspected, we will email you confirmation that your return has been approved. The refund amount will then be automatically refunded to you via the same payment method used for your order.  Your payment will be with you within a few days of the confirmation.
