No, our shampoo bars are completely free from sulfates and also free from silicones. FOAM is a gentle alternative to conventional shampoo and formulated to suit even the most sensitive scalp.
How long does a shampoo bar last?
A shampoo bar corresponds to about 3-4 bottles of shampoo. Depending on how often you wash your hair and how long and thick your hair is, it can last for different lengths of time.
A tip is to always keep the shampoo bar dry between uses to extend the lifespan of the shampoo bar. Store it dry on a shelf, soap dish, or in our FOAM shampoo bag that you hang in the shower.

Create a lather in your hands or run the shampoo bar through your hair. Let the water rinse away all the lather, then gently squeeze your hair with a towel. Powered by nature’s oils, your hair is strengthened, moisturized, and ready for a new day straight from the shower.

Dreamy hair is an intensive hair mask in solid form. You need very little to see results.
If you use a shampoo bar from FOAM, it has a built-in conditioner effect, so you don’t need to use Dreamy hair after every wash. Use as needed or about 1-2 times a month depending on your hair quality.
Here’s how to use it:
1. After shampooing, rinse your hair thoroughly.
2. Warm Dreamy hair in your hands and wet the bar with water.
3. Rub it in your hands to slightly dissolve the bar.
4. Glide the bar from your scalp down to the ends over your entire hair or just the lengths.
5. Use your hands to spread the serum from the bar while wetting your hair again.
6. Rinse, and you’re done!

Which products are best for sensitive skin?
All our products are designed to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin and scalp. We use essential oils in small amounts in many of our products. Essential oils are natural and healthy, but if you are sensitive to scents, you may still react to natural essential oils from, for example, citrus fruits or flowers. For sensitive skin, we therefore primarily recommend our fragrance-free products as they do not contain any essential oils.
How do I make a return?
If you have changed your mind about your order, you have the option to make a return within 30 days. The product must then be unopened and unused.
