• Delivery time is 1-3 days within EU. We ship your order as quickly as possible.
• Within EU, we ship with Nordic Swan Ecolabel delivery via Postnord.

• You have the option to return within 30 days.* Applies only to unopened and unused products. Applies to returns within EU.

 

How do I return an item?

We want satisfied customers. If you are not happy with a product and want to make a return, we will help you with this. Email to: hello@foam.nu

You can make a return up to 30 days from your purchase provided that the product is unopened and unused. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. 

 

Complaint

We want all our products to be delivered in the highest quality and for you to be satisfied with your product. If something has gone wrong and your product does not meet the expected quality, we ask you to contact us for a complaint. Email to: hello@foam.nu

 

Refund

As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation that your return has been approved. The refund amount will then be automatically reimbursed to you via the same payment method used for your order. Your payment will be with you within a few days from the confirmation.
